The Challenge
Griesson – de Beukelaer clearly feels that competition in the labor market has intensified. To counter this, the company set out to strengthen its appeal as an employer and to develop an authentic employer brand. The aim was to find a clear answer to who Griesson – de Beukelaer is as an employer and how it feels to work there – across all sites and target groups. The new employer brand is the starting point for the sustainable, strategic management of the employer branding process.
The Idea

That only works if you stay open to the future, to innovation and to the new – which in turn is only possible with employees who are curious and look behind the scenes to see clearly how the company stays well positioned for the future. Execution
The campaign was rolled out across channels – from the career website and social media (LinkedIn) to trade-fair appearances and internal communication. The result was a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint.
